Sessions are to use the space. This means you can use as much or as little sauna and cold plunge as you wish. We want you to take advantage of the lounge, also, to just be here.
First of all, we want you to be comfortable. Typically, bathing suits or quick-dry athletic clothing works well. Make sure the clothing does not have any plastic material or metal as it will heat up in the sauna. Nudity is not permitted. We provide robes and towels.
We are more than happy to make your gathering private. Please call 434-218-3332 to speak with an Owner to discuss details to make your unique gathering special and private.

Memberships are paid on the same date each month and auto-renew until you cancel (see cancellation policy). All vouchers/visits for the month expire on the day before the next renewal date.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your membership, please send a written request to info@frostfirelynchburg.com. Cancellations require a 1-week notice period before the next billing cycle.
Our Cancellation Policy is available at www.frostfirelynchburg.com. Please review it carefully before signing up for a membership. Members can upgrade, downgrade their membership with a 30-day notice. We value your feedback and aim to accommodate your needs.
To cancel membership:
To cancel, follow these steps: 1) Log into your account, 2) Go to 'Membership Settings', 3) Click 'Cancel Membership', 4) Confirm your cancellation. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Send an email to info@frostfirelynchburg.com to request cancellation within 1 week of next billing cycle.
If a client chooses to terminate their membership during a term, they will still be responsible for paying all fees owed for the entire term. Partial term amounts are not calculated. We charge 1 month at a time and do not pro-rate the amount.
