Upcoming Sauna & Stretch classes
Sauna & Stretch Tuesdays at 7pm
Beginning Tuesday, November 19th, spend an hour with us. Sauna then Stretch ending with optional cold plunge. $30. Appointments highly recommended as spots are limited. Stretch session will be approximately 15 minutes lead by Doctor of Physical Therapy Samantha Foster, PT, DPT. Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. We will also provide mats. Follow link to sign up:

Book Club
Beginning on Wednesdays in 2025, we will have books club at 6pm. I chose an easy to read book that has short chapters with 33 installments. Email me with subject "Book Club" and I will sign you up and give you all the details. Info@Frostfirelynchburg.com.
Just think-read in the sauna then talk about the week's topic.
Emma Mumford is my go-to person to learn more about manifesting and I am excited to read this book with you all!
